The Rudraksha bead we mainly use is five Mukhi representing Lord Shiva. Rudraksha beads are sacred and need to be treated with respect and care. Wash them once in a while to remove dirt and dust. Oil them with coconut or sandalwood oil to preserve them.

Buddhist mala beads have been used for centuries by many spiritual traditions as a tool to help to calm the mind, center oneself and connect to the best that is with us.

The word "Mala" means necklace or garland in Sanskrit, and refers to a strand or beads used for prayer. Malas are also used in a meditation practice as a tool to count mantras and acts as a tactile guide as you sit in silence.
